YOUTH FOOTBALL COACHING APPLICATION

Coaching objective: Working with youth is a privilege, and we want to ensure the safety of all our participants. Our organization is looking for individuals that demonstrate great love for the game of football and the ability to foster good sportsmanship in youth players. Outstanding candidates should be highly motivated, committed, disciplined, and patient. They need to be able to lead training sessions, provide motivation and advice during both practice and gameplay, help develop game plans, identify an individual player’s abilities, and provide one-on-one coaching whenever required. 

All coaches must also have the following clearances:

• Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check (Act 34), dated 1/1/21 to current year
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151), dated 1/1/21 to current year

For more information on how to obtain these clearances, visit Clearances (pa.gov) .  Volunteers can request these clearances for free.

All football coaching applications should be emailed to [email protected] ASAP for consideration and assignment.  Coaches will also need to ensure that their clearances are completed.
